My rates are based on a carefully designed package to match your pocketbook and your needs. While the ‘big guys’ charge from $6,000 to $20,000 for a small businessman website, my rates are much, much more affordable, and I don’t skimp on quality…at all.

Free Consultation for 30 Minutes – We’ll chat together about your goals for your business and your website. I will ask specific, targeted questions that will help determine the best type of website to meet your business goals. Rate after the first 30 minutes is $54 an hour.

All Rates are Negotiable based on Website Needs and Business Messaging Solutions

Package A — Website Mix n’ Match – Choose from a variety of options. A non-refundable down payment is required (negotiated at the time of contract).

  • Starting at $333 – Landing Page (A standalone HOME page, with a headline, hero image, your unique benefits, call-to-action, testimonials (social proof), and contact information)
  • Starting at $63 –  Additional Page (Added to the HOME page. Includes navigation tab and menu installation)
  • $36 – Contact Form (Used for someone to message you by email)
  • $36 – Call-to-Action Button (Take someone to another page with more specific information about your product or service)
  • $90 – Payment Integration (Online Payment with Credit/Debit cards, PayPal account will be created)
  • Starting $198 – Payment for the design of a custom hero image for the home page.
  • Other Options? Just ask! 🙂

Package B — Simple Website Design – Starting at $540, flat-fee negotiated + external costs.  (For 4-5 pages)

    • client discovery (envisioned structure and functionality)
    • account creation on /
    • account creation with a host (for hosted websites)
    • set up a domain name
    • theme/template search
    • search for royalty-free or public domain graphics
    • set up pages: Home, About, Product, Contact, Other, less than 10 pictures
    • no content creation, but includes the basic editing of provided content 

Package C — Standard Website DesignStarting at $900, a flat-rate is negotiated between client and designer with a $333 non-refundable down payment plus external costs.  

  • web design (includes package above)
  • unlimited number of pages
  • research for content creation and content creation, if desired
  • site security features

Package D — Standard Website Design + Content Creation – Starting at $1440, a flat rate is negotiated between designer and client, with $9-$19 per page content creation, and a $333 non-refundable down payment, plus external costs.

  • research for content creation and content creation, if desired
  • site security features and SEO (search engine optimization

Package E — Transfer Pre-Existing Website + Website Re-Design  –  Starting at $540, a flat-rate is negotiated between client and designer based on the following:  website transfer activity, $9-$19 per page of content re-design, plus external costs. 

  • client discovery (envisioned structure and functionality account creation on /
  • transfer of the pre-existing website to a new host
  • transfer of the current domain to a new host
  • web design (see packages above)
  • research for content creation or content redesign/editing

Additional Services

Social Media Integration with Website – Facebook Posting or Twitter Posting  – Starting at $60.00 a month ($30.00 a month if a website maintenance contract is in place). Includes posting daily (1x) to your Facebook or Twitter page and automation, if desired.

Flyer DesignOne Sided – Starting at $54, print quality, 300 dpi, RGB color, files in JPEG, PNG or PDF. Payment up front.

•  Brochure Design – Half-fold or Classic Tri-FoldFlat fee of $99 for design (3 hours or under) or $54 an hour, 300 dpi, RGB color files, file in PDF, Fee negotiated depending on the project. Down Payment negotiated at the time of contract.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Package A – Flat rate of $270 for small sites, up to 5 hours, includes:
. set up accounts on Google Search Console & Google Analytics
. optimize page titles, URLs, image alts, H1, H2, H3 headings
. review of internal links and backlinks
. optimize content for keyword usage

Package B – Flat rate of $396 for medium-sized sites , up to 10 hours, includes:
. all inclusions from Package A
. install and set up Yoast SEO plugin, if applicable

Package C – Extensive package, $54.00 an hour for larger sites (11 pages or more), includes:
. all Inclusions from Package A and B
. optimize sitemap, as necessary

Package Add-On Options
Domain Transfer, usually $36

Content Creation, $12 per page + hourly rate for research and implementation

External Costs:
Domain Name (.com, .org, .net) – usually $12 – $18 a year
Hosting – around $6.99/month for the first year, $14.99 after that (Siteground hosting)
Privacy Protection – usually $12 a year
Premium WordPress Theme – $40 – $75
Page Builder – $45 – $70
PayPal Interface (for accepting Credit/Debit Cards) – $69

Payment Schedule:
Down Payment – up front at the time of signed contract 
Evolving Site Fee – payment after the first 45 hours, a remaining fee at completion
External Costs – due at the time of contract
Other Payments Arrangements – Available, just ask!
